Reflective PC Shell

PROTECTION YOU CAN SEE
SunStar Reflective PC Shell is the result of years of material research and rider safety studies. Standard helmet shells rely on passive colour for visibility; our reflective PC creates an active retroreflective surface that improves rider conspicuity under any light source.
The retroreflective material is integrated directly into the PC outer layer during manufacturing, ensuring it is not a surface coating that can peel or fade. The result is a helmet that is visually distinctive in daylight and brilliantly visible in darkness, without compromising structural integrity or weight.
Night Visibility
Retroreflective surface activates under headlights, making riders clearly visible from distances of up to 200m.
Aesthetic Integration
The reflective effect adds a premium metallic sheen in daytime while preserving a clean retail look.
Durability
Integrated into the PC shell structure, not a surface finish, so it is unaffected by weathering or washing.
